1 General Terms & Conditions

88db (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and betting service provider. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the user ("you" or "member") and 88db.

• Wagering Requirements: To withdraw bonus funds, a wagering requirement of typically 20x–35x applies (exact requirements vary per bonus).
• Time Limit: Most bonus offers are valid for 7 to 30 days. Any unused bonus will be cancelled once the validity period expires.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit the bonus system by creating multiple accounts or through any other means will result in forfeiture of all bonuses.

6 Betting Rules

8 Account Suspension & Closure

88db reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances.

• Where there is clear evidence of a terms violation.
• Failure to provide the required documents for KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• In cases of suspicious transactions or potential fraud.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

Members are generally notified by email or SMS before an account is closed; however, in cases of serious violations, the account may be closed without prior notice. A decision regarding any eligible balance withdrawal will be communicated once the investigation is complete.
